Return & Refund Policy

At Magenta Turtle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your custom magnet set, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Custom items (like our magnet sets) are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@mugglemagnet.com
